Mr. McLain is assisted by Ms. Karen Bender, a Certified Legal Assistant who has been helping Mr. McLain for 17 years. Ms. Bender also has a Specialty Certificate in Litigation. Mr. McLain has been practicing law since 1962. He is licensed in Federal Court, U.S. District Court Eastern District of Texas, U.S. District Court Northern District of Texas, and the Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. He is also a member of the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association and the Dallas Bar Association. Frank E.
